Part competition, part celebratory showcase, and part fundraiser, La Nuit du Caviar hosts 'The Stars of Caviar' for one night per year, as the City of Houston's very own celebrity chefs create delicacies featuring the best caviar from around the world. 

 

Your ticket is your entry to a world of exclusive luxury, all included, from your valet parking to 20 bites of caviar, white + black truffles, and other delicacies created by some top Houston chefs, and a full bar with premium wine and liquors. Two additional dedicated bars one will provide vodka and another with champagne flowing all night.
